Ok, 1st day is over. I feel really full, big and bloated. Nothing happened, I did drink a lot of water. Waist line increased by 5 inches.
Reading reviews on Dr Natura at least gave me an idea that result will come later.
This note is for the record. I do want to keep track of what the human’s body is going through while cleansing and intoxicating.
